Dr. Dawn Webb
Estherville Eyecare Centre
Dr. Dawn Webb earned her Doctor of Optometry degree at The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2001. Immediately following graduation, Dr. Webb began practicing at Eyecare Centre in Estherville.
Dr. Webb grew up in LeMars, Iowa. She attended Southeast Missouri State University on an academic scholarship and graduated with Honors in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology.
Dr. Webb feels that it is important to work together with other optometrists and has been a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) since she was an optometry student and a member of the Iowa Optometric Association (IOA) since she moved back to Iowa. She is currently a member of the Education Committee of the IOA.
Dr. Webb also believes that it is important to give back to her community. She is a member of the Estherville Noon Kiwanis and an InfantSEE provider. She is also the Secretary of the Friends of the Estherville Public Library. In her time outside of work, Dr. Webb enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading and occasionally playing Bridge with friends.
As a partner at Eyecare Centre in Estherville, Dr. Webb cares for many kinds of patients (she sees patients of all ages, from 6 months to 105 years!) and caring for many kinds of eye health and vision problems. Her practice includes routine eye exams, diagnosis and management of ocular diseases, treatment of eye infections and eye injuries, co-management for LASIK and cataract surgeries, and fitting of most types of contact lenses.
Dr. Sam Butler
Spencer Eyecare Centre
Dr. Samuel Butler received his doctor of optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Prior to optometry school, he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in biology and minor in chemistry from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma.
Dr. Butler is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Iowa Optometric Association.
Dr. Butler's practice is primary care for patients of all ages, specializing in the diagnosis and management of ocular disease and vision disorders, contact lenses, as well as surgical consultations, pre and post-op surgical care including cataracts and LASIK.
Dr. Butler enjoys the outdoors, golfing, and time with his family.

Dr. Kelly Norland
Spirit Lake Eyecare Centre
Dr. Kelly Norland received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Missouri- St. Louis School of Optometry. Growing up near Titonka, Iowa, he earned his B. A. degree in biology from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa prior to Optometry school.
Dr. Norland is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Iowa Optometric Association. He served as President of the Iowa Optometric Association following many years of being on the board of directors. He is a member and Past President of the Spirit Lake Noon Kiwanis Club as well as a past board member of the Okoboji Foundation. He enjoys golf, boating and spending time with his wife and family.
His practice includes general family eyecare, contact lenses, diagnosis and management of ocular disease and LASIK and cataract surgery consultation and post-op care.
Dr. Randy Cornwall
Spirit Lake Eyecare Centre
Dr. Randy Cornwall received his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University in Big Rapids, MI. He grew up in Estherville, IA, and attended ILCC in Estherville and SDSU in Brookings prior to optometry school. He advanced his knowledge in diagnosing and treating eye diseases during a one year residency in Hospital Based Optometry at the Fayetteville, AR VAMC through Northeastern College of Optometry in Tahlequah, OK.
Dr. Cornwall is a member of the American Optometric Association and Iowa Optometric Association.
His practice includes family eye care, diagnosis and management of ocular disease and geriatric eye care, LASIK and cataract surgery co-management and contact lenses.
In his spare time, Dr. Cornwall enjoys spending time with his wife and teenage children.
